Yoghurt Kebabs

I had these really interesting kebabs at one of our company parties. Being in a food company, you get introduced to all sorts of things. This was one of those. They served it with slices of raw mango which was just soo right for the October heat in Bombay. Now that November is not helping us any further in the temperature department, these babies are just right as a cool starter for a party at home.

For the topping I used my friend Upalis's Mum's Sweet & Spicy Mango Chutney, a recipe she's promised to share with me. Till then I'd say use some raw mango/ spice up some orange marmalade. Go crazy with the options.

Ingredients

1 cup hung curd/Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp all purpose flour/chickpea flour (besan)
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped fine
salt to taste

Mix all of the above together till it's uniformly blended in.
Heat a non stick pan over low flame
Use a table spoon and drop coin size amount of the yoghurt mix onto the pan.
Spread a little to achieve uniform thickness.
Flip gently when lightly brown on one side.
Cook till brown on the other side.

Remove from heat. Top with any sweet & spicy chutney. Garnish with more chopped coriander.
Voila! an easy starter ready.
